The register fee is $600(￥3800), each register can cover at most 2 papers.  each extra paper will cost $300(￥1900).

Each paper should be limited in 8 pages, each extra page may cost $100(￥650), and the paper will be rejected if it exceeds 10 pages.

Due to the unexpected errors in register website, please register for CSPS 2013 by email as the following steps:

1、Please pay the register fee to:

The postscript should be specified with "CSPS Paper XXX(Paper ID)"

2、Please download the "Consent to Publish" to transfer the copyright in

http://www.springer.com/series/7818

by click the "Consent to Publish" to get the pdf file.

3、 Please email your register payment ceritifcation and "Consent to Publish" to mujiasong@yahoo.com.cn or wangweivip@tju.edu.cn. The title should be specified with "CSPS Paper XXX(Paper ID)"

It is suggested to send us your final paper, consent to publish and payment certification in one email.

The procedure must be finished before June,18th,2013.
