The register fee
is $500(￥3400) for each manuscript.

The charges for each participant who does
not have manuscripts is $300(￥2000).
未投稿的每位参会人员的注册费为300美元（2000人民币）。
Each paper should
be limited in 8 pages, each extra page may cost $100(￥670).
每篇文章不得超过8页，如果超页，每页加收100美元（670元人民币）。
To be published in
the CSPS 2016 Conference Proceedings by Springer, an author of each accepted
paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be
presented. For special circumstance that the authors can't attend, please
contact mujiasong@aliyun.com and provide the substitute presenter information
before October 10th, 2016.
