For authors with multiple manuscripts, the register fee for the first manuscript is $500(￥3500) , and the register fee for each extra manuscript is $400(￥2800).

多篇文章的作者，第一篇论文收取注册费500美元（3500人民币），第二篇及以上论文每篇收取400美元（2800人民币）。

The charges for each participant who does not have manuscripts is $300(￥2100).

未投稿的每位参会人员的注册费为300美元（2100人民币）。

Each paper should be limited in 8 pages, each extra page may cost $100(￥700).

每篇文章不得超过8页，如果超页，每页加收100美元（700元人民币）。

To be published in the CSPS 2017 Conference Proceedings by Springer, an author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented. For special circumstance that the authors can't attend, please contact ywang_tjnu@163.com and provide the substitute presenter information before July 1st, 2017.

CSPS 2017会议要求录用文章必须交注册费并由至少一名作者出席并进行口头报告。如果您有特殊情况不能出席，必须提前向会务组申请说明，并由授权代讲人进行代做口头报告。在这种情况下，请您务必在7月1日前，发送邮件至ywang_tjnu@163.com说明情况并提供代讲人信息。
