IntelligentCommunications and Signal Processing
According to the prediction of Cisco, mobile
network connection speeds will increase more than threefold by 2020. Hence,
there are still big gap between the future requirements and current
communications, networking, and signal processing technologies. In this view,
we are aiming to discuss the potential advantages of adopting some intelligent
communication and signal processing methods into the next generation
communication systems.We hope the integrating intelligent algorithms into
communication systems will improve the quality of service and make the systems
smart, intelligent, and efficient.We invite high quality original research
papers describing recent and expected challenges or discoveries along with
potential intelligent solutions for future wireless communications and

Remote sensing is the acquisition of information
about an object or phenomenon without making physical contact with the object
and thus in contrast to on-site observation. Remote sensing is used in numerous
fields, including geography, land surveying and most Earth Science disciplines

Advances in
Wireless Localization and Navigation
Wireless localization and navigation has been
gaining relevance for a number of new location-based services for indoor and outdoor
environments. The Internet of Things (IoT), unmanned aerial vehicles, virtual
reality, and 5G communication will all benefit from advances wireless
localization and navigation. In this view, we are aiming to discuss the
advances in wireless localization and navigation. We invite high quality and

Cyber Physical Systems(CPS)
Cyber Physical
Systems (CPS) integrate the cutting-edge technologies in computing,
communication and control capabilities and support wide range of applications
in all domains of life, in particular, bridging the physical components and the
cyber space. The CPS usually consist of a set of networked agents such as
sensors, actuators, control processing units, and communication devices. While
some forms of CPS are already in use, the widespread growth of wireless
embedded sensors and actuators is creating several new applications in areas
such as autonomous vehicles, medical devices, and smart infrastructure. It is
expected that the complexity in CPS will continue to increase due to the
integration of cyber components with physical and industrial systems.

The CSPS Workshop
on CSPS in CPS will bring together experts from different fields, including
wireless/optical communications and networking, control, cloud and edge
computing, and signal processingto share their experience, views, and explore
